韓國最美的百貨大樓,

石塊一般的體量!

 

由OMA /克里斯·范杜恩(Chris van Duijn)設(shè)計(jì)的首爾南部Galleria百貨公司的Gwanggyo分店剛剛開幕。該百貨公司的第六家分店位于這座相對(duì)較新的城市發(fā)展區(qū)的中心。

 

Designed by OMA / Chris van Duijn, the Department Store Galleria in Gwanggyo, south of Seoul has just opened. The store’s sixth branch is located at the center of the relatively young and new urban development.

 

Galleria是韓國最大的高端時(shí)尚百貨公司,成立于1970年代,如今其第六家分店Gwanggyo店已開幕。該項(xiàng)目位于Gwanggyo水岸公園與城市的高樓大廈之間,是“自然與城市環(huán)境的交匯處”。

 

Founded in the 1970s, Galleria—Korea’s largest upscale department store franchise, inaugurated its sixth branch, The Gwanggyo store. Situated between the Suwon Gwanggyo Lake Park and the tall residential towers of the city, the project is “an intersection between nature and the urban environment”.

 

 

該建筑造型被塑造成石塊一般的體量,從地面生長(zhǎng)出來,是城市居民生活的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。實(shí)際上,該建筑以雕刻的質(zhì)感馬賽克石材立面喚起了附近公園的自然風(fēng)光。

 

Taking on a stone-like envelope, emerging from the ground, the building acts as a focal point for public life in the city. In fact, the building evokes the nature of its neighboring Park, with its sculpted textured mosaic stone facade.

 

Gwanggyo百貨大樓設(shè)有一個(gè)專門為文化體驗(yàn)而設(shè)計(jì)的公共環(huán)路,訪客在這里購物時(shí),還可以與建筑及文化產(chǎn)生互動(dòng)。同時(shí)每次到訪后都會(huì)留下驚喜的獨(dú)特零售體驗(yàn)。——克里斯·范杜恩(Chris van Duijn)。

 

With a public loop deliberately designed for cultural offerings, Galleria in Gwanggyo is a place where visitors engage with architecture and culture as they shop. They leave with a unique retail experience blended with pleasant surprises after each visit.-- Chris van Duijn, OMA Partner.

 

 

Gwanggyo百貨大樓是由克里斯·范杜恩(Chris van Duijn)、合伙人Ravi Kamisetti和項(xiàng)目建筑師Patrizia Zobernig以及當(dāng)?shù)谿ansam建筑師共同領(lǐng)導(dǎo),他們從石材體量上開鑿出了一條公共路徑,連接公共人行道和屋頂花園。

 

Led by Chris van Duijn, Associate Ravi Kamisetti, and Project Architect Patrizia Zobernig, with local executive architect Gansam, the Gwanggyo store puts in place a public route, excavated from the stone volume, connecting the public sidewalk to a roof garden.

 

 

公共路徑被多棱玻璃立面所覆蓋,與不透光的石材形成強(qiáng)烈對(duì)比,向行人展示了建筑內(nèi)部的零售和文化活動(dòng)。而對(duì)于里面的訪客來說,獲得了體驗(yàn)城市風(fēng)光的另一個(gè)全新的觀景點(diǎn)。此外,這條小徑由一系列層疊的露臺(tái)組成,為展覽和表演創(chuàng)造了空間。融合了零售與文化,城市和自然風(fēng)光的Galleria百貨大樓,提供了一種全新的體驗(yàn),并為傳統(tǒng)的百貨公司類型引入了創(chuàng)新元素。

 

Contrasting with the solid stone volume, the public route is covered by a multifaceted glass facade, revealing to the passers-by, the retail and cultural activities happening within the building. To its visitors, the glass addition offers new vantage points to experience Gwanggyo. Moreover, the path, formed with a sequence of cascading terraces, creates spaces for exhibitions and performances. Merging retail and culture, city and nature, Galleria in Gwanggyo proposes a new experience and introduces an innovative element to the traditional typology of a department store.

 

Gwanggyo百貨大樓是Galleria百貨公司近十年來開設(shè)最大的百貨分店,它將作為核心分店發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用,提供高級(jí)MD系列和最佳的VIP設(shè)施與服務(wù)。此外,通過與世界一流的OMA的合作,完成了一座在國內(nèi)外廣受好評(píng)的創(chuàng)新建筑,其設(shè)計(jì)有別于傳統(tǒng)百貨大樓的形式,采用了一種新類型的模式,“通過公共環(huán)路將光線傳導(dǎo)至建筑內(nèi)部”。

Galleria Gwanggyo is the largest department store that Galleria has opened in ten years and will play a pivotal role as a core branch providing premium MD lineup and the best VIP facilities and services. In addition, through collaboration with world-class architect OMA, it is well received both domestically and internationally for its creative architecture that is distinct from typical department store format, which applies a new paradigm that ‘transmits light throughout the building through the Public Loop’.
